Integrated Producers at Hogarth are responsible for planning, budgeting, coordinating, and overseeing the capturing of footage and images for final assets across all marketing disciplines. They optimize budgets and timelines for complex asset capturing, understand production technology, and are well-versed in post-production. Producers are creatively minded, matching production partners to campaigns based on creative intentions and budget, ensuring flexibility within limitations.
Must have:
  • Understand creative requirements for a campaign brief
  • Match the best director/photographer for the brief within budget

  • Strong financial acumen to balance & reconcile complex production budgets

Integrated Producers in the Hogarth global network is responsible for production planning, budgeting, coordinating, and overseeing the capturing of footage and images (be in still or video) for the creation of final assets across all marketing disciplines for our clients. They orchestrate the best plan for complex asset capturing requirements to optimize budgets and timelines for clients.

Integrated Producers need to understand the ever-changing landscape of production technology and how it impacts both costs and timelines and advise on the best approach for our clients. They should also be well-versed in all stages of post-production as these impacts not only schedules, but the shooting requirements and plans, to smoothen the post process. Our producers are also creatively minded. They should be able to understand creative briefs from the agency teams and marry the best production house partners and film directors and photographers to the campaign based on the creative intentions as well as balance the budget to be able to afford the best team. They are in the middle of the marketing implementation process, always allowing the production team, agency and clients the flexibility to be freely creative within budget and timeline limitations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand creative requirements for a campaign brief (tone of film/images, visual style, music, and audio)
  • Have a good innate feel for matching the best director/photographer for the brief within budget limitations, to invite them for production bidding
  • Have a strong grasp of existing and new production capturing technologies and be able to advise agency and client teams on the most appropriate techniques for each campaign production brief
  • Able to coordinate between different production capturing teams (brand films, photography, digital asset captures) in a single production event to consolidate budgets and timelines for complex marketing campaign requirements
  • Strong financial acumen to balance & reconcile complex production budgets
  • Good understanding of post-production processes and potential pitfalls to oversee smooth and efficient post-production to meet deadlines

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience as an agency producer
  • Production experience in a production house or photography studio is not necessary but a plus
  • Production experience in a post-production facility is a strong plus
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive and creatively resourceful
  • Solution-driven and a positive attitude in the face of challenges
  • Maintains lasting intercompany relationships within the Moving Image team, as well as with the Account Management teams
  • Reinforces team approach throughout development efforts
  • Great team player and a great attitude towards team successes
  • Organized and works well under pressure (a lot of our work has super quick turnarounds and timelines)
  • Ability to travel overseas for extended periods for overseas shoot productions
