Product Data Analyst

As a Product Data Analyst, you will support data-informed decision-making across products, working with senior analysts, developers, and stakeholders. Your role ensures high-quality, actionable insights for systems supporting game development. Must Have

• Collaborate with analysts, data engineers, and product teams to define and refine telemetry needs
• Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and reports that provide clear, relevant KPIs and product usage metrics
• Support the design and validation of telemetry implementations to ensure accuracy and consistency in data collection
• Conduct exploratory and targeted analyses to answer product-related business questions and identify opportunities for improvement
• Assist in preparing reports and data presentations for various stakeholders across development, design, and production teams
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders to validate hypothesis and assess outcomes against business metrics
• Take an active role to enhance data-informed recommendations
• Monitor key metrics, identify business trends
• 2+ years of experience working in a Product or Data analyst role
• Advanced SQL skills, with the ability to execute optimized queries using multiple data sources
• Practical experience (2+ years) with BI tools such as Looker/Tableau/Power BI, etc
• Strong understanding of statistics and A/B testing concepts, including confidence intervals and hypothesis testing
• Ability to work with a large amount of data, create reports, and recognise patterns
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through effective prioritisation
• Self-motivation, proactively going beyond the call of duty
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
