Jr Content Product Manager

Fanatee is seeking a Jr Content Product Manager to help manage and direct the performance of its games. This role involves interacting with and providing direction to grow and improve game content. Key responsibilities include overseeing content projects, collaborating with freelance editors, managing development backlogs, and making data-driven decisions. The manager will also identify business needs and utilize AI tools for content creation and enrichment.

Must Have

• Oversee content-related projects
• Work closely with freelance editors worldwide
• Organize and maintain development backlog for content projects
• Make data-driven decisions using quantitative and qualitative insights
• Identify business and product needs influencing content strategy
• Use AI tools to create, validate, and enrich game content
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related field
• Experience in product/project management
• Self-starter mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Comfortable working with data and making decisions based on metrics and player feedback
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English

• Previous similar experience in a startup, consulting or tech company
• Prompt engineering and knowledge of generative AI models
• Python and SQL for data analysis
• Interest in linguistics and proficiency in other languages
• Genuinely excited about games and how they’re made

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• Experience in product/project management.
