Job Title:

Creative XR Art Director

Job Description:

Deliver high-quality User Interfaces and User Experience Design in alignment with enterprise products and company vision.
Create analog and VR sketches, wireframes, flow charts, storyboards, interactive prototypes, and documentation to articulate client requirements and ideas.
Develop high-fidelity experiences, mock-ups, and prototypes for key elements and features within defined parameters.
Continuously evaluate user feedback to enhance overall user experience, usability, and accessibility.
Collaborate with developers, providing clear specifications for UX and UI components.
Support the team in establishing a design language and system for products.
Ensure proper execution of all features through follow-up on final implementations.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including visual designers, copywriters, project managers, strategists, developers, and QA.
Contribute to UX/UI deliverables in new business pitches as required.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in design, Fine Arts, or related field. (Optional)
Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role in XR or related fields.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and design methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in XR.
