About The Team:
HoYoCreators is a sub-brand under the HoYoverse umbrella. Our primary mission is to strategically engage with all gaming partners, with a particular focus on content creators to construct a diverse gaming content ecosystem that delivers an immersive and universally appealing experience to our player community. Diversity stands as a cornerstone of our ethos, and we are committed to the meticulous identification and collaboration with creators and partners representing diverse backgrounds across a spectrum of cultures and content platforms.
As a remote team, you will be working with team members located across the United States, Canada, China, Singapore, and Europe.
What You Will Do:
- Manage a portfolio of gaming content creators to enhance content quantity, quality, and diversity for HoYoverse games.
- Manage ongoing relationships with creators and serve as the point of contact for all business-related queries, respond promptly and effectively.
- Implement a creator strategy covering recruitment, onboarding, incentives, and retention. Develop and deliver educational materials.
- Develop comprehensive gaming content and creator programs that leverage creators' strengths and align with the overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute initiatives, programs, and events, including testing new localized opportunities to increase engagement for all creators-related activities and gaming content growth.
- Work with cross-functional teams for effective campaign integration, advise on budgets, and represent the company in negotiations with creators and their agencies or managers. Manage contracts.
- Monitor and report on creator campaigns, analyze metrics and provide insights for future activations. Manage the creator's day-to-day tasks such as campaign activations, relationship maintenance, and problem-solving in a timely manner.
- Implement and refine guidelines to ensure brand loyalty and safety within the creator community.
- Assisting in building and maintaining a database of content creators for HoYoverse.
- Stay updated on the gaming landscape, drive initiatives to support creators, and provide diverse local content for players.
What We Are Looking For:
- 3+ years in creator/content-focused companies or gaming.
- Familiar with HoYoverse's IPs (Adventure Rank of 40 and above in Genshin Impact are strongly preferred).
- Good understanding of the North American gaming content landscape.
- Experience in gaming talent management in North America.
- Proactive ownership to cover the whole partner and creator acquisition funnel: identify, pitch, acquisition, retention, and incentive.
- Possesses strong collaboration skills and is able to work in a dynamic and multi-language environment. Experience with cross-timezone communication as this role requires close XFN collaboration with various HoYoverse teams globally.
- Outstanding skills in communication, and problem-solving, enjoy communication with creators and player community, and deliver daily support with a strong player-driven mindset.
- Project management and campaign reporting skills.
You Will Stand Out If You Have:
- Strong network among anime fans, gamers, and gaming content creators
- Proficiency in at least one social media platform: YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, X, or Reddit
- Business fluency in Mandarin or Spanish
- Experience in content creation
- Willingness to travel, both domestically and internationally, as required.
Benefits:
The base pay range for this position is $70,000 to $120,000 USD per year. Actual pay is based on location and may vary depending on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience from the candidate.
