Job Description

The proposed position allows for long-term projection, combining personal and professional life:

• Based in the city center of Valence, easily accessible by public transport.
• Fixed-term contract available now until the end of March 2026 with extension until the end of August.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Flexible hours: 35h, 37h30 or 40h at the employee's choice.
• Restaurant tickets (€9/worked day, 60% covered by the company), CSE benefits.
• Fixed salary + motivating individual bonuses + Participation bonus.
• Health insurance.

After solid initial training, your manager will welcome you to their team and support you daily.

Your missions will become increasingly varied as you progress.

• pre-select candidates by phone,
• conduct face-to-face recruitment interviews for nanny and private tutor positions,
• assign childcare and private lessons,
• support our nannies throughout the duration of the service.

Qualifications

Holder of a Bac +2, with or without experience, you wish to thrive in a rewarding position.

You want to invest yourself in a human-sized structure, keen to develop the skills of its employees and which favors internal promotion.

You like challenges and you are at ease on the phone.

You are looking for a sedentary commercial position with fixed hours.

Your listening skills, your smile, and your dynamism allow you to create interactive and warm exchanges with your interlocutors.

You are very comfortable with IT tools.
