Job Description
As a Customer Experience Specialist at Tesla, you'll be the face of the brand, delivering vehicles directly to customers' homes or workplaces. You'll ensure a seamless and exceptional experience, from delivery to follow-up, including explaining vehicle features and addressing customer questions. This involves managing delivery schedules, logistics, and acting as a liaison with other team members. You'll provide feedback to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction, contributing to sales and delivery targets within a collaborative team environment. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to Tesla's mission. Weekend and evening flexibility is essential.
Must have:
- Full UK driving license (no more than 6 points)

Your role will involve ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience, from delivery to follow-up. You are part of a larger sales, service and delivery team who works closely and flexibly on all operations. You are expected to cooperate frequently and display a one-team mentality to achieve sales and delivery targets.
What You’ll Do- Deliver vehicles to customers' home or work addresses, providing a professional and positive handover experience.
- Ensure customers are familiar with their new vehicles by explaining features, functions, and benefits.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any questions or concerns during the delivery process.
- Act as a chaser to pick up other customer experience specialists, ensuring timely and efficient coordination.
- Manage delivery schedules and logistics to meet customer expectations.
- Provide feedback to the sales and delivery teams to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Full UKdriving licence with no more than 6 points.
- Excellentinterpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and engage withcustomers.
- Strongorganizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in afast-paced environment.
- Proventrack record of delivering excellent customer experiences.
