As a Customer Experience Specialist at Tesla, you'll be the face of the brand, delivering vehicles directly to customers' homes or workplaces. You'll ensure a seamless and exceptional experience, from delivery to follow-up, including explaining vehicle features and addressing customer questions. This involves managing delivery schedules, logistics, and acting as a liaison with other team members.
