Job Description

This role involves providing timely customer support via phone, email, or chatbot, resolving routine and complex issues, and analyzing customer service needs. A key responsibility is exporting, collecting, cleaning, and analyzing inventory data from operational systems to generate accurate, insightful reports and dashboards for customers and internal teams, ensuring compliance with contract conditions and service level agreements.
Must have:
  • Provide timely responses to customer inquiries via telephone, email, or chatbot.
  • Resolve routine and complex customer problems.
  • Analyze customer service needs and refer to other departments as needed.
  • Use customer relationship applications or databases to record activities and research product information.
  • Export, collect, clean, and analyze inventory data from operation systems.
  • Create clear, insightful reports and dashboards for customers and internal teams.
  • Ensure inventory reports comply with contract conditions and service level agreements.

Provides timely responses to customer inquiries by telephone, email or website chatbot in an inbound/outbound contact/service center, consistent with service and quality standards. Resolves mostly routine and some non-routine, more complex problems and communicates solutions or requested information to the customer. Analyzes a customer's service needs and refers to other service or technical departments for follow up as needed. Uses a customer relationship application or database to record activities and research product information to meet customer requirement and satisfaction. Exporting, collecting, cleaning, and analyzing inventory data from operation system to create clear, insightful reports and dashboards for customers and internal team.

Ensure inventory report submitted to customer is correct following contract conditions and service level agreement.
