Job Description

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this role is key to assisting customers. Responsibilities include ensuring excellent customer reception, managing cash collections, simplifying financing, optimizing product withdrawals, efficiently handling after-sales service, building customer loyalty, and offering a premium experience by anticipating needs and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate is strong in customer service, reactive, rigorous, a good listener, and an effective communicator.
