Domino's is seeking Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to provide a fun, happy, and exciting environment for customers while taking orders. As the face of Domino's, CSRs play a key role in creating smiles by making lives easier. Responsibilities include upholding a strong brand image, ensuring product quality, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. The company offers significant advancement opportunities, with many team members starting as CSRs and progressing to management roles or even becoming franchisees. This role offers a path for internal promotion from customer service to management and above.

Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are the first and sometimes the only impression of us. Your contact with every Customer plays an essential key role that helps us create smiles by making lives easier. You are the face of Domino's.

ADVANCEMENT

Many of our team members began their careers as CSRs and delivery drivers and today are successful Domino's franchise owners. From customer service representative to management, General Manager to Manager Corporate Operations or Franchisee, our stores offer a world of opportunity.

Qualifications

Must be 16 years or older. To enter into management you must be 18 years or older.
