Immutable is expanding in Korea, seeking a Technical Customer Growth Manager for a hybrid role. This position involves guiding Korean studio partners through technical integrations, answering technical questions, and helping them implement growth strategies on the Immutable platform. The manager will also advise on growth products to enhance player acquisition, retention, and monetization, while providing market insights to shape the product roadmap. The role offers a path to owning a portfolio of accounts.

Must Have

  • Support Korean studios with technical onboarding and integration
  • Collaborate with Customer Growth Managers on partner strategy
  • Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical teams
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and triage technical questions

About The Role ๐Ÿค”

Immutable is expanding in Korea, and we are creating a hybrid technical and growth role to support our next stage of regional scaling. Our Korean studios partners need a partner who can guide them through technical integrations while helping them activate growth strategies that succeed on our platform.

You will support studios as they integrate Immutableโ€™s core technology, answer technical questions, help them connect their systems to our products, and work closely with Customer Growth Managers to influence how partners acquire, engage and retain players. Over time, you will develop into a fully fledged Customer Growth Manager with ownership of your own accounts.

This is a unique opportunity for someone with both engineering foundations and commercial instincts who is excited to help Korean game studios onboard, launch and grow within a fast-evolving ecosystem.

You'll Be Empowered To ๐ŸŽฎ:

  • Support Korean game studios through technical onboarding and integration across Passport, APIs, smart contracts and growth tools
  • Work closely with Customer Growth Managers on partner strategy and help drive measurable outcomes for studios
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical guidance for non technical teams
  • Troubleshoot integration issues, triage technical questions and collaborate with engineering when needed
  • Advise partners on how to activate Immutableโ€™s growth products to improve player acquisition, retention and monetisation
  • Share insights from the Korean market to help shape our product roadmap and partner experience
  • Grow into owning your own portfolio of accounts as demand expands

We'd Love You To Bring ๐Ÿค :

  • Native Korean and strong business English communication skills
  • A technical foundation, such as a degree in computer science or a similar field, or proven equivalent experience
  • Coding proficiency suitable for debugging, implementation support and technical conversations
  • Experience in customer-facing roles within technology, SaaS, gaming or high-growth environments
  • Ability to move comfortably between technical problem-solving and commercial growth work
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with curiosity for Web3, games and emerging technologies
