Job Description

Alphawave Semi is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) Specialist to deliver exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback. This role involves promptly resolving issues, facilitating solutions, and providing insights into company products and services. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, handling complaints, processing orders, maintaining records, and directing customers as needed. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of technical customer service experience, particularly in the semiconductor or IP industry, with strong knowledge of Oracle/NetSuite order flows.
Must have:
  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing information about products and services.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints and issues.
  • Processing orders, payments, and returns.
  • Reviewing customer accounts and making necessary adjustments.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken.
  • Directing customers to appropriate departments or supervisors when needed.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in technical customer service roles.
  • Knowledge of managing order processes in Oracle/NetSuite.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and harmoniously with a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.

Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers by addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner. They act as a bridge between the company and its clients, ensuring smooth communication and fostering strong customer relationships. This involves promptly resolving issues, facilitating solutions, and providing insights into company products and services.

What You'll Do:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing information about products and services.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints and issues.
  • Processing orders, payments, and returns.
  • Reviewing customer accounts and making necessary adjustments.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken.
  • Directing customers to appropriate departments or supervisors when needed.

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in technical customer service roles. Preferably semiconductor or IP (intellectual property) industry
  • Competent knowledge of order flows for electronic components, ASICS, and IP on Oracle/NetSuite will be advantageous
  • Must have knowledge of managing order processes in Oracle/NetSuite
  • A strong team member, who is confident working within a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to work both effectively independently and harmoniously with a team.
  • Independent, result-oriented and self-motivated
  • Possess execellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English

Salary and Benefits

Your contribution will be recognized with a base salary within the range of $100k to $120k anually as It is influenced by your qualifications, experience, location, and the internal equity of our team to ensure fairness and consistency across roles. In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, employees are also eligible for additional compensation opportunities, including a short-term incentive program, Retirement & Saving Programs and participation in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
