Job Description

This role supports the Licensed Data business, delivering outstanding customer service by efficiently resolving client issues and requests. Responsibilities include investigating queries, escalating to technical teams, documenting actions in CRM, providing client follow-up, assisting with documentation, and contributing to process improvement. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, client service, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with a good understanding of financial data and a bachelor's degree in a technical or financial discipline.

Job Details

The Role:

Morningstar Direct provides clients with independent, comprehensive, and timely data and research they can use to empower investor success. The will work as part of our dynamic global team supporting the Licensed Data business.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to and efficiently resolving client issues and requests.
  • Investigate all incoming queries and escalate to technical teams where necessary.
  • Document all actions in CRM (Service Cloud).
  • Provide regular follow-up to clients on all outstanding queries.
  • Assist with creating documentation and knowledge sharing.
  • Actively contribute to process improvement project work.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and oral communication, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent client service skills with a proactive approach and ownership of issues as they arise.
  • Fast learner, self-starter, flexible, and proven ability to work in a demanding environment with strong multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, high attention to detail, and excellent time management.
  • Good understanding of financial data or experience in a similar field, working with larger quantities of data.
  • Bachelor’s degree or similar qualification in a technical or financial discipline.
  • Fluency in a second business language is desirable.

Total Cash Compensation Range

$58,150.00 - 98,875.00 USD Annual

Inclusive of annual base salary and target incentive
