Job Description

As a Data Analyst II, you will work within the Post Sales Organization, partnering with Customer Support, Services, and Sales Engineering teams to deliver high-quality reporting and analytics. You will be responsible for building scalable dashboards, enabling data-driven decision-making, and ensuring leadership has visibility into business-critical KPIs. This role requires strong technical expertise in SQL, Salesforce analytics, and data visualization tools, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Good To Have:
  • Python/R for data manipulation and automation.
  • Prior experience supporting Customer Support, Services, or Sales Engineering organizations.
Must Have:
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Salesforce native reporting tools.
  • Write advanced SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets across multiple systems.
  • Partner with Customer Support, Services, and Sales Engineering leaders to translate business needs into clear data requirements and insights.
  • Drive data consistency and accuracy across reporting platforms to ensure leadership visibility into KPIs.
  • Provide deep-dive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and process improvement areas.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives by building scalable, automated reporting solutions.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to ensure alignment on data sources, definitions, and governance.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and data transformation.
  • Expertise in Tableau for dashboard development and storytelling.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting/dashboards.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting/dashboards (Must Have).

  • Prior experience supporting Customer Support, Services, or Sales Engineering organizations (Preferred).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences (Must Have).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
