Job Description

As a Data Analytics Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing raw/metadata according to company requests, developing dashboards, KPIs, and metrics. You will identify new ways to leverage data to create value for users and provide insights to Product Managers, Sales, Customer Success, and Management through deep analysis and research. This role involves translating needs into solutions, coordinating resources, and collaborating with engineering teams to enhance product visibility, serviceability, and quality. You will also monitor customer environments, logs, and product metrics to alert about changes or issues, monitor production environments (on-prem and cloud), and automate tasks with R&D to implement a monitoring strategy for rapid feedback and diagnostics. Building relationships with other departments is key to ensuring high availability and superior performance for customers.
Good To Have:
  • Experience with AZURE or other cloud solutions
  • Kusto Query language
  • Experience working with Analytics tools
  • Statistical analysis experience (e.g. Python)
  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence
Must Have:
  • 4+ years of experience in SQL, data analysis and visualization
  • 4+ years of strong scripting experience
  • Experience with monitoring tools (DataDog, New Relic, Grafana, Prometheus)
  • Understanding of statistical data
  • Self-learning and infinite curiosity
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work autonomously

What we’re looking for: 
  •  Analysis and optimization of raw/metadata according to the company requests 
  •  Development of dashboards, KPIs and metrics 
  •  Someone to come up with new ways to use our data to create value for our users 
  •  Someone to bring insights and suggestions to Product Managers, Sales, Customer Success, Management by conducting deep analysis and research 
  •  Ability to analyze and interpret needs, translating these needs into solutions and coordinate internal and external resources to accomplish results. 
  •  Work with our engineering teams to improve the visibility, serviceability, and quality of our product 
  •  Monitoring customers env. logs and product metrics to alert about changes/issues 
  •  Monitor customers on-prem and Cloud production environments 
  •  Collaborate with the internal R&D team to automate tasks wherever possible and implement a monitoring strategy to provide rapid feedback and diagnostics. 
  •  Create relationships with other departments, including Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success, to make sure we provide services with high availability and superior performance for all our customers. 
  •  Familiarity and/or implementation experience with tracking and data collection techniques 
Requirements: 
  •  4+ years of experience in SQL, data analysis and visualization   
  •  4+ years of strong scripting experience 
  •  Experience with monitoring tools such as DataDog, New Relic, Grafana, Prometheus 
  •  Understanding of statistical data 
  •  Self-learning and infinite curiosity 
  •  Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
