Must have:
  • Digital information processing.
  • Correspondence management (reception and sending).
  • Movement of documents, boxes, bags, and other documentary items within processes.
  • Operate applications for capturing physical or virtual information.
  • Quality control of processed information.
  • Support document management activities in assigned processes.
  • Verification, preparation, and readiness of documentary information.
  • Database vs. document validation.
  • Comply with the wearing, care, and proper use of assigned equipment.
  • Meet production targets set by operations.
  • Ensure proper handling of all elements, tools, and equipment related to the functions.
  • Basic document scanning.
  • Perform loans, returns, preparation, insertions, re-archiving, coding, and classification of information.
  • Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
  • Academic or technical high school education.
  • Minimum 6 months experience in similar roles (data entry, administrative assistant, archiving).
Good to have:
  • Preferably, but not essential, students of technical careers in information systems and/or archiving.

Our Job Offer:

  • Monthly Salary: $1,442,457 COP.
  • Hours:
  • Rotating shifts:
  • Shift 1. Monday to Thursday 6:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Saturday: 6:12 a.m.

  • Shift 2. Monday to Thursday 1:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. Friday: 1:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Saturday 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
  • Job stability and direct hiring by the company.
  • Type of contract: Fixed for 2 months with possibility of extension.
  • Workplace: Autopista Medellín Bogotá, KM 1.5 Vereda Vuelta Grande. Complejo La Florida. Calle 80 exit.

Responsibilities of the position:

  • Digital information processing.
  • Correspondence administration (reception and sending).
  • Movement of documents, boxes, bags, and other documentary items within the different process activities.
  • Operate applications for capturing physical or virtual information.
  • Quality control of processed information.
  • Support document management activities involved in assigned processes.
  • Verification, preparation, and readiness of documentary information.
  • Validation of databases vs. documents.
  • Comply with the wearing, care, and proper use of assigned equipment.
  • Meet the production designated by the operation.
  • Guarantee and ensure the correct handling of all elements, tools, and equipment related to the development of the functions outlined above.
  • Basic document scanning.
  • Perform loans, returns, preparation, insertions, re-archiving, coding, and classification of information managed in the process.
  • Perform other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor.

What we are looking for?

  • Educational level: Academic or technical high school. Preferably, but not essential, students of technical careers in information systems and/or archiving.
  • Work experience: Minimum of 6 months in similar positions such as: data entry operator, administrative assistant, or archivist.
  • Key skills and knowledge:
  • Office software knowledge.
  • Customer service.
  • Ability to follow operational procedures.
  • Adaptability, responsibility, and teamwork.
