Job Description

The Data Management Analyst will be responsible for recurring tasks including administrative notifications, data entries, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Key duties involve performing simple data analysis, auditing, monitoring, and troubleshooting system integration reports. The role also requires reconciling data related to Human Capital matters across various systems, such as reallocations and global mobility. Additionally, the analyst will participate in special projects, focusing on system testing and process improvements, and will address inquiries from key US Partners.
Must have:

  • Advanced English (oral-written)

  • Correct Information Security Management

Primary Responsabilities

  • Recurring tasks are: Administrative notifications, data entries, review accuracy & consistency, perform simple data analysis & auditing, monitoring and troubleshooting system integration reports.
  • Reconciliation of data on HC matters (ie. reallocations, global mobility, transfers) across multiple systems.
  • Special Projects: perform system testing & process improvements on a current integration context.
  • Leverage SOP as required.
  • Attend are key US Partners inquires.

Requisitions

  • Education: student or graduated in Human Resources or other business related field.
  • Experience: 1 - 1.5 years of relevant experience in data management &/or reporting. Additionally, exposure to internal stakeholders or customer service. Additional experience on system testings, process improvement &/or audit is a plus.
  • English: Advanced level (oral-written).
  • Digital Tools: Excel Advanced. PowerBI intermediate user level required. Oracle cloud preferred. Open to upskilling and comfortable using multiple systems & applications. Alterix (user level/automations is a plus), Power Apps.
  • Softs skills: independent, team worker, collaborative, oriented to detail, oriented to excellence/efficiency, ability learn from experience; curious, critical thinking, problem-solving , think outside of the box, ownership of their work, proactive, self-motivated, excellent communication skills.
