- Strong working experience in large scale data migration and reconciliation
- Strong understanding of ETL processes, data mapping, and transformation validation
- Exceptional experience with MS SQL Server, XML data load and data profiling tools
- Superannuation industry experience
- Familiarity with data reconciliation techniques
- Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and compliance standards
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
- Abilities to work with tight timelines to meet fixed go-live data migration deadline
