Job Description
Good Job Games, founded in 2017, seeks a Data & Monetization Analyst to join their team in Istanbul. The role involves designing and analyzing A/B tests, developing player segmentation tools, and tracking core KPIs like DAU, retention, ARPU, and LTV. The analyst will act as a data partner for various teams, providing insights to shape roadmaps and managing multiple priorities. Must have:
- Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to optimize gameplay mechanics, user experience, and monetization models
- Develop and maintain player segmentation tools and strategies for personalized offers and engagement
- Track and evaluate core KPIs (DAU, retention, ARPU, LTV) through well-structured dashboards and reports
- Act as the data partner for multiple teams (Product, Growth, Marketing), providing insights that shape roadmaps
- Comfortably manage multiple priorities with minimal guidance, adapting quickly to changing business needs

What you’ll be doing
- Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to optimize gameplay mechanics, user experience, and monetization models
- Develop and maintain player segmentation tools and strategies for personalized offers and engagement
- Track and evaluate core KPIs (DAU, retention, ARPU, LTV) through well-structured dashboards and reports
- Act as the data partner for multiple teams (Product, Growth, Marketing), providing insights that shape roadmaps
- Comfortably manage multiple priorities with minimal guidance, adapting quickly to changing business needs
Desired skills and experiences
- 1+ year experience in data analysis, gaming, e-commerce, or digital products
- Familiarity with monetization models, player segmentation, and in-game economy
- Advanced SQL skills
- Python or R is a plus
- Experience in A/B testing methodologies
- Skilled in predictive analytics and modeling
- Ability to separate correlation from causation and manage biases in data
- Passion for gaming

This is an on-site role in Istanbul, Sarıyer. Unfortunately, we do not offer a fully-remote working option.
