Summary of the job
Timely and high-quality editing of primary and author content entering the content management system. The employee is responsible for the standardized editing of primary and author content.
Tasks/Responsibilities
- Timely editing of content according to unified principles, formal (tree-structure) checking, preparation of newsletters
- Accuracy, error-free, high professional standard of data preparation
- Speed, work scheduling by priority, adherence to deadlines
- Maintain contact with data preparers, legal editors, other editorial staff, with special regard to senior and key senior staff
- Understand the IT background for efficient workflow execution
- Maintain records related to workflows
Required education, skills
- Secondary education
- Proficient computer user knowledge:
- Thorough knowledge of MS-Office (Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, etc.)
- Teams knowledge
- Knowledge of content, data structures, standards
- Thorough knowledge of workflows, databases, document management
- Good cooperation skills
- Creativity, precision
