Job Summary

As a Data Pricing Analyst, you will manage raw direct material data globally for Henkel's Consumer Brands and Adhesive Technologies. Your role involves executing regular price updates, reviewing price variances, and communicating with suppliers and purchasers. You will also optimize processes, clean master data, implement standardized price lists, and create ad hoc reports. The ideal candidate is analytical, proficient in English and advanced Excel, with a focus on meeting deadlines and a passion for processes.

Must Have

  • Responsible for data handling of RAW direct material for all business units on global level
  • Daily communication with suppliers and local purchasers
  • Execute regular price updates (yearly, biannual, quarterly, or monthly)
  • Review price variances between agreed price lists with suppliers and internal systems
  • Be part of communication between Global Business Solutions+, Purchasing and Suppliers
  • Drive optimization/automation of processes
  • Review and clean-up existing master data using all internal sources
  • Implement standardized approach of price list in Excel format
  • Create ad hoc reports and support purchasing requests
  • Working proficiency in English – minimum B2
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel – formatting, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, concatenate
  • Ability to prioritize daily tasks, manage and meet deadlines
  • University degree OR previous experience in data management

Job Description

Your role

As Data pricing analyst you will be responsible for data handling of RAW direct material for all business units (Henkel Adhesive Technologies, Henkel Consumer Brands) on global level. Apart from data analysis, you will be daily communicating with suppliers and local purchasers. In addition to this, you will also:

  • Execute regular price updates (yearly, biannual, quarterly, or monthly)
  • Review price variances between agreed price lists with the suppliers and data maintained in internal systems
  • Be part of communication between Global Business Solutions+, Purchasing and Suppliers Drive optimization/automation of processes
  • Review and clean-up existing master data using all internal sources
  • Implement standardized approach of price list in Excel format
  • Create ad hoc reports and support purchasing requests

Your skills

We look for an analytical personality, preferably with financial or purchasing background. We highly appreciate your previous experience with SAP, but we will provide you with the necessary training, if you’re not skillful yet. On the other hand, we require your passion for processes a well as:

  • Working proficiency in English – minimum B2
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel – formatting, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, concatenate
  • Ability to prioritize daily tasks, manage and meet deadlines
