We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Data Research Analyst to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality financial data. You will collaborate with global data teams, manage fund company relationships, and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data across global markets. Responsibilities include evaluating procedures, enhancing analytical tools, implementing process improvements, and utilizing project management methodologies. You will also collect and maintain data, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and translate client requests into detailed specifications. The role requires a proactive approach to issue resolution and a focus on improving client use cases. This position emphasizes strong communication, collaboration, and a passion for financial data.

Job Details

We’re looking for driven Dutch speaker to join our team as a Data Research Analyst. We are a team of data analysts taking pride in delivering top-quality financial data to Empower Investors’ Success.

In this role, you will work closely with the Global Data Team and Local Business Representatives to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data across global markets, collaborating with a dynamic team and gaining expertise in data acquisition and management. What You'll Do

  • Collaborate closely with the global data teams
  • Data expert on investment data points, processes, methodologies, calculations & different fund structures
  • Manage business relationships with fund companies. Connecting with providers & setting up acquisition channels as well as acting as a point of escalation
  • Meet the predetermined production deadlines for internal and external clients
  • Continuously evaluate procedures, create and enhance analytical tools, and implement process improvement projects.
  • Utilize project management methodologies such as LEAN Six Sigma to track, evaluate and determine resolution approach for complex data issues.
  • Collect and maintain Morningstar data, ensuring high levels of data accuracy, completeness and coverage.
  • Demonstrate a high sense of ownership of the issues in the data ticket queue to be responsive and provide timely updates, follow-up, expedition, and resolution.
  • Understand roles, responsibilities, and expertise of internal partners to expedite issue resolution.
  • Translate requests from internal clients into detailed written specifications and user stories.
  • Improve and document client use cases to ensure any new functionality meets and exceeds client expectations

Who You Are

Multilingual Communicator: You are fluent in English and minimum two other languages (such as Spanish, German, French, Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Thai, Japanese, or Korean), which allows you to effectively work with providers from different countries and collaborate across international markets.

Team Player with Client Focus: You excel in collaborative environments, building strong relationships with team members from diverse backgrounds and addressing client needs with empathy and attention.

Detail-Oriented Data Enthusiast: Passionate about the financial industry and investment data, you bring a solid understanding of data quality, methodologies, and processes. Your ability to organize, manage high data volumes, and meet deadlines sets you apart.

Technically Skilled & Proactive: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, you leverage your organizational skills to tackle complex projects. Previous project management experience and a knack for operational and performance data make you a valuable asset to any cross-functional team.
