Data Scientist

So, what’s the role all about?

NICE Actimize is currently seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our dynamic and growing AML Analytics Services team.

How will you make an impact?

• Perform analysis to support the deployment of AML analytical models
• Improve the quality and actual implementation of computational algorithms and tools
• Optimize the performance of NICE Actimize AML products and improve customers’ experience with our AML solutions.
• Define product requirements for analytics and provide feedback to the product team on ways in which product may be improved.
• Develop and enhance our solution-specific scores.
• Should be able to deliver the work within timelines.
• Measure the quality of the analytical performance of AML Products.
• Help maintain and improve model development methodologies/practices.

Have you got what it takes?

• Total experience : 2 - 4 years
• Strong data analytical skills and well versed with statistical concepts.
• Strong experience with using SQL and EXCEL.
• Understanding of database concepts, data integration.
• Strong programming skills in Python version 3.7 and above and ability to rapidly learn new programming tools.
• Experience of building and deploying classification, regression, clustering machine learning models at an enterprise level.
• Well versed with bagging and boosting algorithms such as random Forest, XGBOOST etc.
• Good oral and written communications skills, and ability to interact with engineers, software developers, project managers, business analysts, product managers and with clients.
• Well versed with bagging and boosting algorithms such as random Forest, XGBOOST etc.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud computing services such as Sage maker, EC2.
• Strong commitment to quality.
• Customer facing experience – a plus
• Knowledge of KNIME – a plus.
• Exposure to MLOps – a plus.
• Knowledge of Optimization analytics.
• Knowledge of Data Robot – a plus.
• Well versed with deploying ML Models using Containers.
• Experience in full AI/ML life cycle from model development, training, deployment, testing, refining and iterating.
• Passion for financial data and problem solving, understanding that financial data comes in different formats and sizes.
• Experience in building robust data pipelines – a plus.
• Should be experienced in building Enterprise Machine Learning models.
• Highly experienced in handling customer interactions.
• Experienced in creating standard model development reports
