Job Description

As a Data Transformation Lead (DTL), you will be accountable for measurement solution design and delivering client commitment for key data integration capabilities by owning the measurement narrative with clients at all levels. You will establish modern measurement foundations that will ultimately drive better media outcomes and accelerate AI Innovation through follow-on projects such as lead scoring and predictive Lifetime Value. You will drive executive influence by articulating the business value of durable measurement and coordinate the efforts of external and internal resources to accelerate infrastructure implementation. You will lead the business cycle for prioritized data and measurement opportunities across all buying doors (Google Ads and Google Marketing Platform products) to drive product adoption and business growth. You will orchestrate advanced usage and innovation through agencies for customers using Google's ads and measurement products and platforms. You will serve as the primary point-of-contact on Data Transformation solutions for your Agencies. You will educate relevant stakeholders and build relationships using subject-matter-expertise to drive Agency and customer business objectives. You will drive AI Innovation with Agency and establish oneself as a trusted tech advisor and develop senior business partnerships with strategic customers and internal cross-functional teams. You will bridge together Google Ads and Clouds team to build future forward data and tech solutions with agencies.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, or consulting, or 5 years with an advanced degree.
  • Experience working with adtech and familiar with big data and data warehouses.
  • Experience with the technical solution design of durable ad measurement solutions, particularly for performance-oriented or lead advertisers
  • Experience working with Google's durable ad measurement products
  • Understanding of the ad privacy landscape as it relates to measurement.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with senior clients

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, or consulting, or 5 years with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with adtech and familiar with big data and data warehouses.
  • Experience with the technical solution design of durable ad measurement solutions, particularly for performance-oriented or lead advertisers (e.g., secure 1P data ingestion into Google platforms for conversion measurement).
  • Experience working with Google's durable ad measurement products (e.g., Enhanced Conversions, Enhanced Conversions for Leads, gTag, GA4, Google Ads Data Manager).
  • Understanding of the ad privacy landscape as it relates to measurement.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with senior clients, including verbal and visual presentations synthesizing the business impact of durable, value-centric ad measurement.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$169,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
