Must have:

Design knowledge for L3/datacom features
Good understanding of datacom protocol standards
Strong proficiency in C programming
Working knowledge of protocols: ISIS, BGP, BFD, MPLS
Working experience on Linux Kernel Forwarding
Project experience on Netconf
