Demand & Supply Analyst

Your Role:

• Develop, maintain, and improve demand forecasts in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance

• Analyze demand trends, historical data, and market inputs to provide actionable insights and recommendations

• Align supply planning with demand forecasts to ensure product availability and optimal inventory levels

• Monitor and analyze service levels, inventory performance, and supply constraints; identify areas for improvement

• Work cross-functionally with Logistics, Production, and Sales to synchronize supply chain activities

• Utilize and enhance forecasting tools and ERP systems SAP APO & APS

• Prepare and deliver reports and dashboards on key KPIs (e.g., Forecast Accuracy, Service Level, Inventory)

• Actively support and contribute to the new implemented IBP process

What you bring to the role:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Initial professional experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Data Analytics is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power BI preferred)
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP APO) is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
