Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Department Manager, you lead your team and support them, while fostering an inclusive culture where collaboration and entrepreneurship are central. You ensure an excellent operational and visual store experience – for both customers and colleagues.

You:

• ensure a strong visual and commercial presentation to offer our customers a great shopping experience using service tools.
• analyze sales and budget goals and develop optimization measures.
• efficiently plan tasks and staff deployment and ensure that all operational processes run smoothly – from the shop floor and warehouse to the cash registers, fitting room routines, and daily store opening and closing.
• strategically develop your team through targeted recruitment, onboarding, regular feedback sessions, performance evaluations, and individual development plans.
