Job Description

1. Responsible for project management of derivative products, including tracking project development progress, coordinating and integrating various resources and information, and maintaining workflow management.

2. Develop project plans and timelines, track project progress, identify risks, and drive problem resolution.

3. Promote the implementation and operation of processes, collaborate with the R&D team to ensure timely delivery and achieve project goals.

4. Establish efficient and transparent communication mechanisms to ensure accurate understanding of project status and information synchronization.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 3 years of experience in product development project management.

2. Possess excellent communication and coordination skills and a strong sense of responsibility, capable of fostering good teamwork and achieving business objectives.

3. Have experience in complex project management and execution, and a good product sense.

4. Experience in derivative product development is preferred.

5. PMP certificate or Scrum Master certification is preferred.
