1. Assist with onboarding procedures, material collection, and provide an excellent onboarding experience for new employees;
2. Responsible for assisting in the management of company employee personnel files and their online and offline archiving;
3. Responsible for assisting in handling procedures related to entry, transfer, adjustment, and departure;
4. Participate in completing daily tasks and other matters arranged by the department.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, HR-related internship experience preferred;
2. Must attend 5 days a week, internship for 3 months or more, able to start as soon as possible, long-term interns preferred;
3. Strong initiative, good stress resistance, strong learning ability;
4. Careful and able to proactively identify problems;
5. Good communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit, and sense of responsibility.
