Job Summary

The SSC Intern will assist with new employee onboarding procedures, including material collection and ensuring an excellent experience. Responsibilities also include managing employee personnel files, both online and offline, and assisting with entry, transfer, adjustment, and departure processes. The intern will also complete daily administrative tasks as assigned by the department.

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Must attend 5 days a week
  • Internship for 3 months or more

Good to Have

  • HR-related internship experience preferred
  • Able to start as soon as possible
  • Long-term interns preferred

1. Assist with onboarding procedures, material collection, and provide an excellent onboarding experience for new employees;

2. Responsible for assisting in the management of company employee personnel files and their online and offline archiving;

3. Responsible for assisting in handling procedures related to entry, transfer, adjustment, and departure;

4. Participate in completing daily tasks and other matters arranged by the department.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, HR-related internship experience preferred;

2. Must attend 5 days a week, internship for 3 months or more, able to start as soon as possible, long-term interns preferred;

3. Strong initiative, good stress resistance, strong learning ability;

4. Careful and able to proactively identify problems;

5. Good communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit, and sense of responsibility.
