Job Summary
Vattenfall Services is Sweden's leading contracting company in the energy and power sector, developing Sweden's energy infrastructure. We are looking for an experienced Service Leader to manage projects for maintenance and services within substations and power plants. The role involves business planning, project execution, financial responsibility, customer negotiations, and contributing to new business, with a strong focus on safety and quality. The Service Leader will primarily work from the office but also be on-site to ensure project progress.
Must Have
- Responsible for business planning and project execution through work management and coordination.
- Inform and report on project status to clients.
- Responsible for the financial outcome of projects and handling closures and financial follow-ups.
- Participate in construction meetings and customer negotiations.
- Actively contribute to new business with new and existing customers.
- Actively contribute to creating Sweden's safest workplace.
- Completed high school education or higher, preferably in electricity, power engineering, technology, economics or other relevant area.
- Long work experience in work management or project management.
- Work experience in the electrical or power engineering field.
- Experience from the contracting industry.
- Computer proficiency (Office suite) and experience with process-controlled work in case management systems.
- B driving license.
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

- English language skills are meritorious.

As a Service Leader with us, you will work with project management of maintenance and services within substations and power plants in our service agreements for station maintenance.

In the role of Service Leader, you will primarily work from the office at your establishment, but you will also, to some extent, be out in the field to ensure that projects run as they should. The work is largely independent, but at the same time, strong collaboration and communication skills are required with both internal and external stakeholders.
Some of your main tasks:
- Responsible for commercial planning and implementation of projects through work management and coordination.

Travel is a natural part of the work as a Service Leader. A small number of overnight stays may occur.
Requirements
About you
As a Service Leader with us, you will be the technicians' primary contact for the work performed in the field. Leadership is a big part of everyday life, and therefore we are looking for you who have a problem-solving and coaching approach.
In addition to leadership, a large part of the work is to independently drive projects forward. We are therefore looking for you who want to take responsibility and who have a great commitment to your assignments. You are motivated by offering service and quality to your colleagues and customers, you act commercially with good entrepreneurship, and you would never let profitability take precedence over safety. We know you will develop with us, but we would like you to already have:
- A completed high school education or higher, preferably in electricity, power engineering, technology, economics or other relevant area.
- Long work experience in work management or project management.
- Work experience in the electrical or power engineering field.
- Experience from the contracting industry.
- Computer proficiency (Office suite) and experience with process-controlled work in case management systems.
- B driving license, as travel occurs in the service.
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. English is meritorious.
