Rambøll is seeking a Junior HVAC Engineer to join their highly competent, interdisciplinary team focused on technology and sustainability within the healthcare sector. This role involves contributing to exciting and challenging projects, driving innovation in hospital expertise, and setting frameworks for sustainable HVAC solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for HVAC in projects, preparing descriptions and tender documents, and performing design and modeling. The role offers involvement in local, national, and international projects, ranging from general healthcare building areas to highly specialized systems for X-ray equipment, supply security, operating rooms, and medical gases.

Must Have

  • Advising on and following up on complete HVAC systems
  • Preparing descriptions and tender documents

  • Participation in interdisciplinary teams
  • Must have a relevant bachelor's or master's degree
  • Good written and oral communication skills in Norwegian and English
  • Basic interest in digital development in the industry

Good to Have

  • Practical background from plumbing or ventilation disciplines is an advantage
  • Experience with modeling in Revit is an advantage

Your new position

As our new junior HVAC consultant Healthcare, you will be responsible for HVAC in projects, preparing descriptions and tender documents, as well as project planning and modeling.

We have strong customer relationships and many local projects for Helse Bergen, in addition to projects across the country and internationally. Our tasks range from "normal" areas in health-related buildings to heavily specialized systems for X-ray equipment, supply security, operating rooms, medical gases, etc.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Advising on and following up on complete HVAC systems
  • Preparing descriptions and tender documents.
  • Project planning and modeling.
  • Participation in interdisciplinary teams

Your team

You will be part of our Healthcare department in Bergen. The Healthcare department is a spearhead in hospital expertise at Rambøll. We are part of a global network with over 300 colleagues working with hospitals in large parts of Europe. In Norway, we are approximately 20 people distributed in Oslo and Bergen, covering the fields of HVAC, electrical, ITB, and technical construction management. As an extended social professional environment, you will also be part of Rambøll's technical systems, with whom we sit together.

  • Must have a relevant bachelor's or master's degree.
