This position involves analyzing and allocating commercial inventory, maximizing billing opportunities by adjusting commercial placement, and releasing ad logs. The specialist will also process orders, clear orders, work displaced spots for multiple stations, and assist with scheduling programming. Key requirements include 2-3 years of related experience, a high school diploma, and proficiency in MS Office, with broadcast TV experience being highly preferred.
Must Have
- Analyze and allocate available commercial inventory
- Maximize billing opportunities by evaluating sold and scheduled inventory
- Adjust commercial placement
- Release ad logs to station or network
- Check orders for incorrect inventory codes, break codes, etc.
- Process orders
- Handle clearing orders and working displaced spots for multiple stations or networks
- Work on broadcast traffic systems in entering information necessary for commercial matter on logs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 - 3 years related experience

- Previous broadcast TV experience
- Ad management experience
- Broadcast traffic systems experience (i.e. WideOrbit, OSI)

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Analyzes and allocates available commercial inventory
- Maximizes billing opportunities by evaluating sold and scheduled inventory and adjusting commercial placement
- Releases ad logs to station or network
- Checks orders for incorrect inventory codes, break codes, etc. • Processes orders
- Handles clearing orders and working displaced spots for multiple stations or networks
- Assists with scheduling programming, as needed
- Works on broadcast traffic systems in entering information necessary for commercial matter on logs
- Performs other duties as needed
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 - 3 years related experience required
- Previous broadcast TV experience especially with ad management and broadcast traffic systems (i.e. WideOrbit, OSI etc) highly preferred
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Proficient with MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
