Must have:
  • Strong knowledge of Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles.
  • Proficiency in PCB design tools and CAD software.
  • Solid understanding of component engineering.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • In-depth analytical skills for evaluating design concepts.
Good to have:
  • Certifications such as Certified Product Design and Development Management (CPDD), Certified Six Sigma Green Belt.

You will be responsible for setting design standards and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to foster innovation and elevate the quality of design solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities
    1. Collaborate With Cross-Functional Stakeholders To Understand Business Objectives And Integrate Design For Manufacturability (Dfm) Principles Into Product Development Processes.
    2. Lead And Mentor A Team Of Designers, Providing Guidance In The Application Of Dfm Techniques And Ensuring The Delivery Of High-Quality Design Solutions That Meet Business Goals.
    3. Present Design Concepts And Strategies To Stakeholders, Utilizing Tools Such As Cad Software And Simulation Tools For Effective Communication And To Gather Actionable Feedback.
