About this role:

We’re seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Designer for a long-term, full-time contract to support a high-volume of design needs across brand communications. This role requires a designer with a strong eye for layout, type, and structure — someone who thrives within established brand systems while still finding opportunities for elevated visual expression.

You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and be responsible for adapting assets, designing new formats, and ensuring visual cohesion across all outputs. A mastery of Swiss Design principles, meticulous file management, and fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Execute design work within strict brand guidelines, including use of typography, layout systems, and visual hierarchy rooted in Swiss Design principles
  
  
• Adapt and extend existing assets into new formats while ensuring consistency across all deliverables
  
  
• Curate and edit premium stock photography to align with brand tone and aesthetic
  
  
• Explore refined, dynamic design approaches while maintaining structured visual language
  
  
• Maintain meticulous organization of working and final files using best practices in file naming and asset archiving
  
  
• Work efficiently with internal teams to meet quick-turn timelines, incorporating feedback rapidly and effectively

Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates excellence in layout, typography, and brand systems
  
  
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  
  
• Proven experience designing within pre-established brand systems and visual identities
  
  
• Outstanding file management, asset organization, and version control practices
  
  
• Highly responsive, organized, and self-sufficient — thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments

Nice to Haves:

• Experience working on luxury, lifestyle, or editorial brands
  
  
• Comfort designing for both digital and print formats
  
  
• Ability to contribute to light motion/animation design or art direction (not required)

Salary:  $8,000-$9,000/month
