Job Description

As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll be part of a small, multidisciplinary game team, working closely with other developers to ensure our players enjoy the best and most reliable experience possible. You’ll help design, maintain, and improve scalable infrastructures, automate deployments, and support our live systems to keep them fast and stable. Depending on the team’s needs, you may focus on optimizing infrastructure performance, implementing monitoring and alerting tools, or supporting new game feature rollouts — sometimes all at once. If you have hands-on experience with live production systems, cloud environments (especially AWS), and understand the challenges of supporting applications with large user volumes, we’d love to hear from you!
Good To Have:
  • Experience with cloud databases (RDS, DynamoDB, Redis).
  • AWS Associate certification (Solutions Architect or SysOps).
Must Have:
  • Implement and maintain AWS infrastructures (EC2, ECS/EKS, Elastic Beanstalk, RDS, S3, Route53).
  • Collaborate in the creation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins).
  • Monitor performance and costs of cloud environments, suggesting optimizations.
  • Manage basic IAM roles, policies, and permissions following security best practices.
  • Configure and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Support process automation with scripting (Bash, Python, or Node.js).
  • Participate in the implementation of infrastructure as code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
  • Collaborate closely with backend and frontend teams to optimize deployment workflows.
  • Periodically offer round-the-clock, first-line support to production environments.
  • Contribute to documentation of configurations, deployment workflows, and operational procedures.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure roles.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, ECS, or Lambda).
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, basic/intermediate Kubernetes).
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of Linux environments and scripting (Bash, Python, or Node.js).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins).
  • Knowledge of cloud networking (VPC, subnets, load balancers, VPN).
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging (CloudWatch, Grafana, ELK).
  • Understanding of cloud security concepts (IAM, roles, TLS, secrets management).
Perks:
  • Hybrid Work
  • Continuous training
  • Health Insurance
  • Performance bonuses
  • Access to industry events
  • Fun and challenges
