Job Description
ALTEN DELIVERY CENTER MAROC, a subsidiary of a global engineering and technology consulting leader, is seeking a DevOps Engineer. The role involves designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing Kubernetes orchestration, implementing GCP solutions, and ensuring monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK. The engineer will automate infrastructure with Terraform, manage real-time data flows via Kafka, and collaborate with development and infrastructure teams. This position requires active participation in Agile rituals and producing clear documentation.
Must have:
- Design and maintain efficient and secure CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage orchestration of containerized applications via Kubernetes.
- Implement and maintain solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Ensure monitoring and log management using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK.
- Automate infrastructure deployments with Terraform.
- Participate in real-time data flow management via Apache Kafka.
- Automate repetitive tasks to improve reliability and productivity.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams.
- Produce clear and up-to-date documentation.
- Actively participate in Agile rituals.

Your missions will be:
- Design and maintain efficient and secure CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, etc.)
- Manage the orchestration of containerized applications via Kubernetes
- Implement and maintain solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP): Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud SQL, Storage
- Ensure monitoring and log management using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK
- Automate infrastructure deployments with Terraform
- Participate in real-time data flow management via Apache Kafka
- Automate repetitive tasks to improve reliability and productivity
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams
- Produce clear and up-to-date documentation, and contribute to the training of internal teams
- Actively participate in Agile rituals: sprint planning, backlog, daily, retrospectives
Qualifications

Degree: Bac+5 in an engineering school or equivalent university degree with a specialization in computer science, or demonstrating significant equivalent experience
Experience: 3 to 7 years in Kubernetes
Skills:
Technical:
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools: GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, CircleCI
- Expertise in Kubernetes (cluster management, deployment, security, monitoring)
- Good knowledge of GCP (GKE, Cloud SQL, Compute Engine, Storage)
- Experience with Kafka for data flow management
- Proficiency in Terraform for IaC (Infrastructure as Code)
- Proficiency in monitoring/logging tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK
- Good level in scripting: Python, Bash
Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and oral communication (documentation, reporting)
