Job Description

The Digital Design Director will create exceptional interactive and design solutions to deliver best-in-class digital experiences for clients' marketing and branding needs. This role involves crafting compelling experiences through excellent use of typography, color, and photography that reflect the brand. The director will stay updated on social and digital developments, adapting and innovating as necessary. Key responsibilities include generating outstanding ideas that integrate user experience best practices and e-commerce business goals, utilizing strong visual and conceptual problem-solving skills.
Must Have:
  • Expertise in designing for social mediums and e-commerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of branding principles.
  • Ability to work smartly and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to perform under high-pressure, quick-turn deadlines.
  • Knowledge of website usability, web optimization, UX, and responsive design.
  • Strong conceptual and broad design thinking skills.
  • Experience teaching or conducting training on new technologies.
  • Experience with AI, AR, VR experiential design.

What you’ll do

The Digital Design Director will develop exceptional interactive and design solutions that provide best in class digital experiences for our clients marketing and branding needs. Create compelling experiences through excellent use of typography, color and photography that reflect the brand. Stay up to date on social and digital developments and innovations. Adapt and innovate as necessary. Generate exceptional ideas that integrate user experience best practices and ecommerce business goals, by utilizing strong visual and conceptual problem-solving skills 

What you’ll need 

Expertise designing for social mediums and on leading ecommerce platforms. Knowledge of branding and branding principles. Self-starter with ability to work smartly and understand how to prioritize time to meet broader team and organization goals. Ability to work under high-pressure, quick-turn deadlines and still create unique designs. Knowledge of website usability/web optimization, UX and responsive design systems. Strong conceptual skills, high level sense of design, a broad thinker who is able to offer a variety of design solutions.Experience teaching or  ‘bootcamping’ on new technologies. Experience with AI, AR, VR experiential design.
