Join Vertex Inc.'s Education & Enablement team as a Digital Learning Content Intern. This remote role involves developing impactful digital learning resources, creating and editing video modules, designing supporting materials like quizzes and graphics, and organizing assets in the LMS. You will also review courses for accuracy and user experience, leveraging AI tools for content development. This internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic, remote-first environment.
Must Have
- Assist in producing and editing video modules for corporate education courses.
- Apply branding guidelines and ensure content is clear, engaging, accessible.
- Help design supporting materials (e.g., transcripts, quizzes, graphics).
- Organize and upload assets into the LMS or content repository.
- Leverage AI tools for content development and production.
- Review video courses for accuracy, clarity, and learner experience.
- Test courses in the LMS, identify issues, and recommend improvements.
- Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Good to Have
- Experience with Workday, Salesforce, or Content Development tools (e.g. Articulate Rise, Camtasia or WellSaid Labs).
- Exposure to AI tools for work enhancement or content development.

Education & Enablement Content Development
Join our Education & Enablement team as a Digital Learning Content Intern and gain hands-on experience developing impactful digital learning resources for Vertex! You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to support Education initiatives and contribute to strategic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Content Creation & Editing
- Assist in producing and editing video modules for corporate education courses.
- Apply branding guidelines and ensure content is clear, engaging, and accessible.
Learning Asset Development & Organization
- Help design supporting materials (e.g., transcripts, quizzes, graphics) to complement video lessons.
- Organize and upload assets into the LMS or content repository for easy access.
- Leverage AI tools for content development and production
Quality Review & Optimization
- Review video courses for accuracy, clarity, and learner experience.
- Test courses in the LMS, identify issues, and recommend improvements for usability and engagement.
What We’re Looking For
- Rising Junior or Senior (graduating in December 2026 or later) pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive and professional with a strong desire to learn and grow in content development and multi-media or education production
- Highly organized self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Eager to learn and adapt to new software systems (training provided)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with Workday, Salesforce, or Content Development tools (e.g. Articulate Rise, Camtasia or WellSaid Labs) is a plus, but not required
- Exposure to AI tools for work enhancement or content development is a plus

Pay Transparency Statement:
US Base Salary Range: $22.00 - $24.00
Base pay offered to new hires may vary based upon factors including relevant industry and job-related skills and experience, geographic location, and business needs.* The range displayed does not encompass the full potential of the role, which allows for further growth and career progression.
In addition, as a part of our total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Vertex Bonus Plan (VOB), a role-specific sales commission/bonus, and/or equity grants.
