As our digital performance specialist, you will build upon our current performance media approach, testing aggressively and explore new ad tech opportunities. You will also ensure results and learnings are paid forward and socialized to all cross functional partners. Responsibilities include: managing a multimillion dollar budget, optimizing media spend to achieve constant improvements in campaign goals; owning the learning agenda, that includes creative and incrementally tests spanning multiple countries and lines of business; building a strong partnership with our global media agency sharing in the opportunity to be creative and effective; staying ahead of new ad tech and search platforms, behaviors as our media landscape continues to quickly evolve; identifying insights and performance metrics to continuously optimize campaigns and drive strategic decision-making; briefing and supporting our media teams globally in their efforts to implement or replication their local campaigns.
