Our Job Offer:
- Monthly Salary: $ 1,448,200 COP
- Rotating Shifts:
- Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Direct hiring by the company.
- Contract Type: Fixed for 3 months with possibility of extension.

- Operate digitization equipment (scanners).
- Review and organize processed information.
- Perform operational maintenance of digitization equipment.
- Maintain the equipment used for work in perfect condition.
- Identify and report Non-Conforming products.
- Move documents, boxes, bags, and other documentary items within the different activities of the area's processes.
- Collaborate in the location, placement, or movement of the equipment used for work.
- Comply with the wearing, care, and proper use conditions of the assigned uniform/equipment.
- Ensure and oversee the correct handling of all elements, tools, and equipment related to the development of the functions outlined above.
- Fill out production forms.
- Perform the process with provided software.
- Perform other functions assigned by your immediate supervisor, in accordance with the nature of your position.
- Educational Level: Academic or technical high school degree. Preferably, but not essential, students of technical careers in information systems and/or archiving.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 6 months in data and image capture and digitization.
- Key Skills and Knowledge:
- Office software knowledge.
- Ability to follow operational procedures.
- Adaptability, responsibility, and teamwork.
