Job Description

Pluralsight is seeking a Director for the AWS Business Group to lead and grow its AWS Partnership, making it a significant part of the company's revenue and growth. This senior role drives "with" and "through" revenue with AWS, contributing to a global partnership vision and strategy. The leader will establish objectives and tactics for AWS partnership revenue growth, aligning with Pluralsight's goals, and fostering collaboration and innovation within the partnerships team to drive sustainable growth.

  • Experience with growing businesses with AWS to >$100M.
  • Deep and broad relationships with AWS sales teams and leadership in the US as well as Internationally.
  • Consistent track record of delivering on revenue goals with AWS.
  • At least 12 years of Partnerships and Indirect Channels experience.
  • 10+ years experience related to building significant business with AWS.
  • Excellent business operations skills, including forecasting, pipeline management, and recruiting.
  • Strong enterprise, SaaS, and PaaS technical sales experience with tangible metrics of success.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Critical and analytical problem solver as well as creative problem-solving skills.

Pay Transparency:

The annual US base salary range for this role is $115,500 - $160,400 USD. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
