Director of Data Analytics at Silicon Labs, who will lead the strategy, governance, and execution of data and analytics initiatives across the enterprise. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, they will oversee a global team, deliver trusted insights, and support both strategic and day-to-day reporting needs for Sales, Operations, Finance, and other key functions. Their leadership will ensure data quality, integrity, and enable data-driven decision-making at all levels of the organization. The expectation from this role is to come up with the Data strategy for AI readiness with the ROI in mind.

Spanning locations across North America, Europe, and Asia, the team partners cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Engineering, and HR to deliver trusted, actionable insights. From real-time dashboards to long-term data governance, we enable data-informed decisions that drive business success. We’re a collaborative, technically skilled team that thrives on solving complex data challenges using tools like Azure, SQL, Tableau, and Python—while fostering a culture of mentorship, innovation, and continuous improvement.

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $165,900 - $308,100 USD. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location where work will be performed and applicant’s skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus, equity package and a comprehensive benefits package.
