This role is part of the Advanced Technology team in the Digital eXperience Group (*/dxg), which co-creates state-of-the-art products and solutions with Wolters Kluwer businesses around the globe. Our growing array of solutions supports the expanding set of Wolters Kluwer’s Expert Solutions and online product portfolios. Within */dxg, the Advanced Technology (AT) Group serves as WK’s AI and machine learning (ML) center of excellence, integrating AI/ML into products across divisions. While focusing on large language models (LLMs), AT also applies classical ML techniques to enhance product capabilities.
This role supports our Financial & Corporate Compliance division, which provides financial institutions, corporations, small businesses, and law firms with solutions that enable compliance with ever-changing regulatory and legal obligations, improve efficiency, and help achieve better business outcomes. The division offers technology-enabled expert services and software solutions focused on loan compliance, regulatory compliance, legal entity management, and corporate compliance services. In Legal Services, we provide corporations, small and midsize businesses, and law firms with the full set of legal entity management and corporate services, including business licensing solutions. In Financial Services, we support banks, non-bank lenders, credit unions, insurers, and securities firms of all sizes with a wide array of loan compliance and regulatory compliance solutions, including lien solutions.
We are seeking a passionate and execution-focused Director of AI Enablement to drive the adoption and integration of AI across the Financial & Corporate Compliance division in WK. This role will play a critical part in transforming business unit roadmaps to embrace an AI-first mindset, accelerating the development of intelligent products and workflow solutions. The ideal candidate combines the ability to work with business and product leaders to drive deep collaborations with engineering, the UX and AI Centers of Excellence to deliver both enhancements to existing products and new AI-first offerings.
This is a high-impact role responsible for driving early-stage AI innovation, leading cross-functional engagements, and influencing how our division capitalizes on our enterprise AI platform.
