One Network is seeking an Alliance and Partner Development Director with a focus on the US Department of Defense (DoD). This role involves developing strategic partnerships with prime contractors and solution providers to expand the company's footprint within the DoD. Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing defense trends, identifying potential partners, developing partnership strategies with clear objectives and measurable goals, managing existing partner relationships, staying informed about defense industry developments, and identifying and mitigating potential risks and opportunities. The role also includes developing and executing a contract vehicle strategy and participating in market/opportunity artifacts and RFI/RFP responses.
Must have:

Who You Are:

One Network is looking for an Alliance and Partner Development Director to help fuel the growth into the US DoD. The role, an individual contributor as part of a larger team, will focus on developing successful partnerships with potential prime contractors and solution providers to expand ONE’s footprint within the DoD. Must have the ability to effectively manage multiple partnerships simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate the value proposition of our company and effectively negotiate partnership agreements. Your ability to think strategically, anticipate challenges, and adapt quickly to changing circumstances will be essential to your success in this role. Key success criteria include increased qualified pipeline with partners and ultimately bookings and revenue.

Reports to: Business Development and Sales Executive, One Network Global Defense

What You'll Do:

  • Focusing on both existing programs and new opportunities, you will be responsible for conducting market research on current and upcoming opportunities where ONE capabilities are a fit for the
  • requirements, analyzing Defense trends, and identifying potential partners that can enhance our market position and drive bookings and revenue growth. 
  • Develop comprehensive partnership strategies, clearly define objectives, and establish measurable goals to track the success of each alliance.  This will include a broader Partner Alliance program for One Network in the Defense market.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with existing partners, ensuring that both parties are meeting their commitments and achieving mutual benefits. 
  • Staying informed about the Defense industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends that could impact our partnerships. 
  • Proactively identify potential risks and opportunities and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a contract vehicle strategy that expands the contractual reach of One Network.
  • Participate in strategy development around specific opportunities.  Participate in the development of market/opportunity artifacts and RFI/RFP responses.

What We are Looking For:

  • Must be a Citizen of The United States of America
  • Either possess or be able to obtain a SECRET clearance and be willing to undergo security clearance processing.
  • Knowledge/Experience in the DoD acquisition process
  • DoD logistics expertise in multiple areas and within DoD organizations.
  • 5+ years in a Business Development role or equivalent experience in a software or product related firm.  Internal DoD experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication (oral, written and presentation) and interpersonal skills
    Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

Education: Bachelor degree (or equivalent experience) in business, marketing or technology related field.  

The base salary range for this position is: $140,000-$160,000

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.  Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.  Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.  In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
