Job Summary
CyberArk is seeking a strategic and collaborative Director of Product Management Operations to lead cross-functional alignment and operational excellence. This role involves designing and leading processes that connect Product with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholder teams, ensuring a consistent and seamless experience from development through delivery and enablement. You will be instrumental in operationalizing how products are brought to market, building robust internal communication channels, and structuring effective feedback loops. This ensures the product organization remains tightly connected to the voice of the customer and internal teams, driving successful product outcomes.
Must Have
- Drive Cross-functional Product Delivery: Lead coordination between Product, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Support for launches, rollouts, and enablement.
- Product Enablement Strategy: Establish frameworks and resources for internal teams to understand product roadmap, functionality, and customer value.
- Internal Communication & Visibility: Own and improve channels for sharing product updates, decisions, and changes across the organization.
- Launch Readiness & GTM Coordination: Partner with Product Marketing and Customer Success to operationalize launch plans and prepare teams for releases.
- Customer Feedback & Insights: Structure and manage scalable mechanisms to collect, synthesize, and prioritize feedback into product development.
- Process Design & Optimization: Define and continuously improve internal workflows, handoffs, and documentation for product release and communication.
- Tooling & Infrastructure: Manage tools supporting product collaboration, enablement, and stakeholder engagement (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Aha, etc.).
- 5+ years of experience in product operations, product enablement, program management, or a related role in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Experience working closely with GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success).
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
Good to Have
- Experience supporting enterprise product launches and coordinating internal enablement programs.
- Background in customer experience, product marketing, or business operations.
- Familiarity with CRM and CS tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, Zendesk).

We’re looking for a strategic and collaborative Product Management Operations Lead to drive the cross-functional alignment and operational excellence required to successfully deliver products to customers. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product operations, product enablement, program management, or a related role in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Deep understanding of the product lifecycle and experience working closely with GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success).
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
- Operationally-minded with experience building scalable processes across departments.
- Proficient in knowledge management and communication tooling (e.g., Confluence, Teams, etc.).
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, prioritizing effectively, and driving clarity in fast-paced environments.
Additional Information
