Job Description

As a Lead, set priorities for the team, definition, verification, and documentation for Intel's Custom Silicon Business. The candidate should be able to lead a team of engineers on all aspects of SoC verification and should be technically strong to drive and help the team in execution. Responsibilities include creating verification plans, planning milestones, test plan/code reviews, coverage closure and complete verification signoff. Requires 20+ years of experience with complex ASIC/Soc verification, strong understanding of system and processor architecture, and experience with System Verilog/OVM/UVM SOC development environment.
Good To Have:
  • Knowledge of Industry standard protocols - PCIE, USB, DRR, etc.
  • Experience with Low power/UPF verification techniques.
  • Experience with Formal verification techniques.
Must Have:
  • Lead a team of engineers on all aspects of SoC verification.

  • Experience in leading team of engineers.
  • Solid understanding of system and processor architecture, and the interaction of computer hardware with software.
  • Experience designing and validating complex blocks like CPUs, Cache Coherency, Graphics and Media blocks and Memory controller.
  • Experience with System Verilog/OVM/UVM SOC development environment.
  • Strong background in scripting - PERL, TCL, Phyton.
  • Experience with Emulation environment.
  • System (hardware and software) debug skills.
  • Understanding of software and/or hardware validation techniques.
  • Assembly programming skills.

Should be hands on in developing test content and coverage closure.

Qualifications:

Btech/Mtech with 20+ years of experience with complex ASIC/Soc verification.

Experience in leading team of engineers

Solid understanding of system and processor architecture, and the interaction of computer hardware with software

Experience designing and validating complex blocks like CPUs, Cache Coherency, Graphics and Media blocks and Memory controller.

Experience with System Verilog/OVM/UVM SOC development environment.

Strong background in scripting - PERL,TCL, Phyton.

Experience with Emulation environment.

System (hardware and software ) debug skills

Understanding of software and/or hardware validation techniques

Assembly programming skills
