As a technology manager and director, you will lead a team of full-stack developers, including logic designers, micro-architects, and verification engineers, focusing on high-complexity IP and subsystem development for PCIe, CXL, UXI, or UCIe controllers. Responsibilities include overall program execution, stakeholder management, delivering high-quality IP and SoC solutions, overseeing end-to-end IP development, coordinating with FW, Emulation, and Post Silicon teams, and enabling team execution through clear goal setting and performance management.
Must Have:
  • Manage a team of full stack development including logic designers, micro architects, and/or verification engineers.
  • Responsible for developing PCIe, CXL, UXI, UCIe controllers or similar high complexity IP and subsystem.
  • Ensure overall program execution and stakeholder management.
  • Deliver high quality first time PRQable IP and SoC solutions to demanding products.
  • Oversee end to end IP development including logic RTL design, architecture, microarchitecture, and Pre-silicon simulation activities.
  • Coordinate with FW, Emulation and Post Silicon teams.
  • Enable teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, and driving team results.
  • Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics engineering with minimum 20+ years of experience or Master of Engineering with 18+ years.
  • Relevant experience in Digital design, UVM based verification methodologies, and end to end SoC development cycle.

Job Description:

As technology manager and director you would be expected to manage a team of full stack development including logic designers, micro architects, and/or verification engineers, responsible for developing PCIe, CXL, UXI, UCIe controllers or similar high complexity IP and subsystem development targeted for the Central Engineering Group .

Responsibilities includes,

1. Overall Program Execution, Stakeholder management and deliver high quality first time PRQable IP and SoC solutions to demanding products in Client and Hyperscaler domains including custom Silicon and IP requirements.

2. You would be expected to manage a team of high performing engineers and oversee end to end IP development including logic RTL design, architecture and microarchitecture and Pre-silicon simulation activities.

3. You would also be required to coordinate with FW, Emulation and Post Silicon teams.

4. You would also be responsible for enabling teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, applying differentiated performance management, and driving team results.

5. Drives results by inspiring people, role modeling Intel values, developing the capabilities of others, and ensuring a productive work environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics engineering with minimum 20+ years of experience/Master of Engineering with 18+ years of relevant experience in Digital design , UVM based verification methodologies and end to end SoC development cycle.

Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
