Job Description
Apple is seeking a Display Metrology Engineer passionate about display technology to join their Display Technology team. This role involves crafting and developing objective solutions for calibrating, characterizing, and testing display modules and components for Apple products. You will work on system design, development, validation, and production deployment, collaborating with cross-functional software and hardware teams. Responsibilities include developing industry-leading calibration and metrology methodologies, creating automation software and test sequences for optical instruments, electronics, fixtures, and display modules, defining calibration and measurement requirements, and conducting failure analysis of measurement tools.
Must have:
- Craft and develop objective solutions for calibrating display modules.
- Develop automation software and test sequences.
- Define calibration & measurement requirements.
- Conduct FA of measurement tools.
- Work with SW/HW cross-functional teams.
Good to have:
- Passionate about display technology.
- Contribute across a wide spectrum of disciplines.
- Push the envelope to design and ship innovative products.

You will be responsible for crafting and developing objective solutions for calibrating, characterizing, and testing display modules and components for Apple products. You will work on system design, development, validation, and production deployment during the engineering stage, with support from SW/HW cross-functional teams. - Develop industry-leading calibration and metrology methodology and solutions - Develop automation software and test sequences that control optical instruments, electronics driving boards, fixture controllers, and display modules. - Work with team to define calibration & measurement requirements - Conduct FA of measurement tools
