Job Summary
The Experiential Marketer for Apple Ads will shape and deliver B2B experiences, engaging advertisers and agencies in local communities. This role involves developing and executing strategic, creative experiential programs, from industry events to bespoke engagements, to bring the Apple Ads ecosystem to life. The marketer will manage logistics, budgets, and vendors, ensuring programs align with Apple's brand standards and drive business outcomes, focusing on authentic and memorable connections.
Must Have
- 10+ years experience activating global B2B or technology brand events
- Demonstrated success in end-to-end event planning and execution
- Experience developing events for commercial outcomes (lead gen, relationship management, sales enablement)
- Strong attention to detail
- Extraordinary written and verbal communication
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Lead logistics, vendor management, run-of-show development, and onsite execution for in-market events
- Manage timelines, budgets, contracts, and internal comms with precision and care
- Collaborate closely with sales segment marketers on event strategy and activation evaluation
- Contribute to creative development, briefing agency partners and internal teams with clarity and purpose
- Ensure integration of Apple’s design and experiential standards across all event touchpoints
- Support the evaluation and measurement of experiential efforts

About the Role
The Worldwide Commercial Marketing team creates both virtual and in person B2B experiences that are as thoughtful, inspiring, and high-performing as the technology they support. Our goal is to bring the Apple Ads ecosystem to life through bold, strategic, and creatively ambitious experiential programs. From industry events to bespoke advertiser engagements, our work brings our advertising solutions to life in ways that feel human, relevant, and uniquely Apple. We’re looking for a B2B Experiential Marketer to help shape and deliver how Apple Ads engages with advertisers and agencies at scale in local communities. You’ll report to the Experiential Marketing Lead based in Austin, and you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure each event reflects Apple’s brand standards, drives business outcomes, and connects with audiences in authentic, memorable ways. You’ll bring expertise in event strategy, production, and operations—balancing creative ambition with logistical precision. From concept to delivery, you’ll manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones, ensuring programs are executed seamlessly and efficiently. This role requires exceptional project management skills, thoughtful communication, and a passion for translating complex goals into inspiring experiences that feel unmistakably Apple. Strong partnership mindset and business instincts, resourcefulness, an eye for details, and a focus on continuous improvement will be necessary for success in this role. Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of experiential programs for Apple Ads

- Support the evaluation and measurement of experiential efforts — gather insights, track success metrics, and recommend improvements
- Communicate clearly to geographically distributed internal teams, and more.
Key Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience activating global B2B or technology brand events
- Demonstrated success in end-to-end planning and execution of integrated events—ranging from global activations and thought leadership forums to bespoke client experiences
- Experience developing and executing events that support commercial outcomes, from lead gen to relationship management and sales enablement
- Strong attention to detail, and extraordinary written and verbal communication
- Willingness and ability to travel to support key events and on-site delivery

Compensation & Benefits
Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $139,800 and $260,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You’ll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career, reimbursement for certain educational expenses — including tuition.
