Key Responsibilities: Partner Management & Alignment:o Act as the primary business interface between HCLTech and VMware partner teams in the U.S.o Build strong working relationships with VMware account teams, partner managers, and solution specialists.o Coordinate quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and joint planning sessions with VMware. Business Development & GTM Execution:o Drive VMware-aligned revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and executing on new opportunities.o Develop and execute joint GTM plans, campaigns, and sales plays focused on VMware offerings (VCF, Tanzu, Private AI, EUC, etc.).o Collaborate with sales, marketing, presales, and delivery to ensure cohesive client engagement and deal closure. Pipeline Management & Forecasting:o Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified VMware-aligned deals.o Track and report on pipeline health, opportunity status, and revenue forecasts.o Use CRM tools to maintain accurate partner and deal records. Solution Positioning & Field Enablement:o Work with internal presales and technical architects to define value propositions and customer-specific VMware solutions.o Support enablement sessions for HCLTech sales teams on VMware offerings and joint GTM programs.o Engage in client discussions to position VMware solutions alongside HCLTech service capabilities. Marketing & Events:o Collaborate with marketing teams to support partner-led events, campaigns, and webinars.o Represent HCLTech at key VMware and industry events to showcase the partnership and build pipeline.
